Knitting ERP software

The ERP built for knitting factories.

AccelKnit traces every kilogram of yarn and fabric, from the buyer's lot in your store to the invoice, through one Program ID. Buyers trust your numbers, and you get paid for every kilo.

Why generic ERPs struggle in knitting

Knitting runs on kilos, lots, machines and shifts, and on the buyer's yarn, not your own stock. Generic ERPs track products and money, so the yarn balance with each buyer ends up in notebooks and spreadsheets, and disputes follow. AccelKnit is built around the way a knitting floor works.

Store: yarn by lotBuyer yarn booked in by lot, count and weight; stock by buyer and program; issues to machines with the exact lot.
Production: kg per machine per shiftPrograms opened and closed by the programmer; output logged per machine and shift with the operator.
Quality: rejects by defectRejects tracked per machine and shift with a defect type. Rejected fabric is never billed.
Delivery: coded receiptsPrintable delivery receipts, each with a unique code. Billing follows what was delivered.
Yarn returnsLeftover yarn goes back on a return challan, with a wastage allowance per buyer.
Buyers: live balanceWhat each buyer gave you versus what you gave back, always up to date.

Frequently asked questions

Who is AccelKnit for?

AccelKnit is built for knitting factories, especially commission knitting factories and growing mills that knit buyers' yarn and deliver fabric by weight. It was shaped on a working knitting factory, so its rules come from the floor.

What is a Program ID?

A Program ID is the single key that links every record for one knitting program: the buyer's yarn received by lot, issues to machines, kilos knitted per machine and shift, rejects, deliveries, yarn returns and the bill. The buyer's own order number is kept for reference.

Does AccelKnit work in Bangla?

Yes. AccelKnit works in English and Bangla, so office staff and floor supervisors can use it comfortably.

Can it handle work we send to other factories?

Yes. Subcontracted knitting is tracked alongside your own production, so the buyer's balance stays complete.

How should we compare knitting ERP systems?

Follow one real program from yarn in to closing, list what must be recorded at each stage, and ask every vendor to run that program in a demo. Check buyer yarn by lot, kg per machine and shift, rejects that are never billed, the yarn return challan and wastage allowance, Bangla screens and controlled deletions. Our checklist for choosing a knitting ERP goes through each point.

Does it include finance and payroll?

Yes. A daily ledger for accounts, payments and expenses, a supplier ledger, a 12-month finance view, and a monthly salary sheet built from attendance, overtime, leave and advances in your own format.
